Lecture- 5 (BCS) Non-Finite Verb Gerund, Participle, Infinitive, Verbal Non-finite Verb : বাক্যের অসম্পূর্ণ verb ( বাংলায় অসমাপিকা ক্রিয়া) যা সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ প্রদান করে না। একটি বাক্যে একাধিক non-finite verb থাকলেও বাক্যটি সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ প্রদান করবে না যতক্ষন না পর্যন্ত অন্তত একটি finite verb থাকবে। অপরদিকে, একটি বাক্যে non-finite verb না থাকলে, সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ প্রদান করবে। যেমনঃ Completing my homework, I went to the field to play cricket. এখানে তিনটি verb আছেঃ completing, went, to play । তন্মধ্যে ‘ completing’ and ‘to play’ হল non-finite verb এবং went হল finite verb । এখানে, Completing এবং to play এর অংশগুলো ছাড়া বাক্য হলে ( I went to the field. ) went ছাড়া বাক্য হবে না ( completing my homework, I to play cricket যার কোন অর্থ নেই।) Non-finite verbs তিন প্রকারঃ Gerund (V+ing): Gerund বাক্যে Verb এবং Noun এর কাজ করে। বাক্যে Noun যে কাজ করেঃ 1.       Subject; 2.       Object; 3.    ...
